Graduates from the specialty “Psychology” are qualified for work in the sphere of education, health care, human rights institutions, law enforcement agencies, army, social institutions, social security and employment bureaus as well as different kinds of consulting practicies.
Wide spectrum of disciplines are studied (logics, esthetic's, anthropology, sociology, economy, foreign languages), as well as many specialized disciplines: cognitive psychology, psychology of personality, social psychology, special psychology, clinical psychology, consulting psychology, social psychology, special psychology, clinical psychology, consulting psychology, psychology for law, military psychology, pedagogical psychology and others. Specialized practice is included in the curriculum, which facilitates the future professional realization.
According to their interests, students could choose among different obligational and eligible disciplines.
The specialty's curriculum follows several priorities:
- interdisciplinary study, focused on psychology, pedagogics and methodism of teaching;
- applicable theory;
- accent on the practical applications of the psychology
Notice: Documents for candidates for the specialty “Psychology” are not accepted without certificate for successfully passed exam from the commission for examination of the speech and communicational skills.
