University ombudsman
The Academic Council of Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv, pursuant to Art. 136, Par. 1 of the Regulations for the Structure and Activity of the University of Plovdiv, has elected Assoc. Prof. Hristo Paunov, PhD, University Ombudsman. The University Ombudsman supports, assists and advocates for the rights of members of the academic community and also assists for the favourable settlement of internal university disputes, as well as with third parties and organizations external to the University.
The University Ombudsman carries out his activity on the basis of the laws, the Regulations for the Structure and Activity of the University of Plovdiv and the rules for his activity, adopted by the Academic Council.
