Specialty “Informational physics and telecommunications” offers:
- training in basic disciplines in the field of informational and telecommunication technologies, signal operating, electronics, electronic circuits and physics;
- training in specialized disciplines for improvement of the knowledge and skills gained;
- practical training and skill competencies in working with: programming languages, data bases, communication protocols, computer networks, stationary, wireless and mobile communication devices;
- practical training for projecting and development of informational system in the fields of communication;
The educational process is based on up to date methods for education and communication with the students, in Internet based medium called DIPSEL, which allows the students to work and study simultaneously.
Graduates gain professional competences and perspectives for professional development in the fields of production, usage, integration and exploitation of communicational systems in the sphere of stationary, mobile and wireless communications; computers and informational technologies; technical devices and security technologies, informational security and protection.
Successfully graduated students could apply for work at telecommunication companies, firms working in the field Internet service and digital television, institutions and production companies using informational technologies for research, implement, exploitation, production, technological, corporative and service activities in the sphere of telecommunication technique and tecjhnologies. Graduates could also find professional realization as engineer-physicians, constructors, service specialists in the fields of radio, cable, satellite, and multimedia communication systems, as well as in the fields where the above mentioned are used.
Training at leading companies in the above mentioned fields are provided, including opportunities for professional realization after successful graduation.
After graduating, students could continue their education for the educational degree “master” at other faculties of the university or at other higher school education institutions.
