Structure
The University Library has a network structure consisting of a Central Library and ten Affiliates Libraries:

- Library in the town of Smolyan at the Faculty of Physics and Technology;
- Library of Western Philology;
- Library of Mathematics and Informatics;
- Library of Greek Language, Literature and Culture;
- Slavic Studies Library;
- Library of Turkish Language, Literature and Culture;
- Economic Library;
- Pedagogical Library;
- Russian Center;
- History and Philosophy Library;
- Library of Law Faculty
