Centre for Languages ​​and Intercultural Communication

The Centre for Languages ​​and Intercultural Communication was established by a decision of the Academic Council of the University of Plovdiv in 1998 and is
a structural unit of the Faculty of Philology of the University of Plovdiv.

The aims of the centre are:

• Foreign language training of students and teachers of Plovdiv University;
• Training of foreign students and teachers of Bulgarian language;
• Intercultural orientation of Bulgarian and foreign students and teachers in order to participate in international educational programs (Erasmus+,
  CEEPUS, etc.);
• Development of international projects related to the study of foreign languages ​​and cultures in the context of intercultural communication.
